Meena Prapancham is Radio Program for the classes 6th,7th and 8th classes is implementing by the Rajiv Vidya Mission Hyderabad AP for the academic year 2013-2014. It is very useful to the students to enrich their knowledge through the Radio media.

The All-India- Radio is being aired “Meena Prapancham Radio Programme” from 12 August 2013 onwards between 11.45 a.m to 12.30 noon for every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During the period of broadcasting teachers can easily interact to pupils. The program mainly insists on social issues of girl child, sanitation, need girl child of education.

All the UP schools as well as High School under ZP/Govt/Aided having the radios to get listen the “Meena Prapancham” radio program. It mainly airing short stories regarding the empowerment girl child education and varies issues related to girl child. With the help of this type of radio programs students can able to enrich the abilities like Personality hygiens & hand washing, Sanitation, Education, Nutrition & health, Life skills and gender bias.

The Rajiv Vidya Mission with aid of UNICEF designed the programmes in Telugu and started air in All India Radio. This program is aim to entertain children in the form of Songs, Stories and Interesting games for the classes VI to VIII. Partnership with the Department of Education and UNICEF, Government of Andhra Pradesh and SSA to support development and broadcast of the Meena radio program.

Important Areas Focused : Designed to evoke emotions and engage the child's imagination through Enter-Educate format, Duration 15 minutes , Contains three most engaging elements for a child, Interesting Story , Beautiful Song, Fascinating Game / Quiz
