No change in examination pattern for IX and X

There is lot of confusion over conducting examination to X and IX classes on to follow the new
pattern or old pattern. In this regard Commissioner of School Education, AP, HYD has issued proceedings
Rc No:302/E1/A1/2009 Dt:17/07.2014. According to this , there is no change in the examination
pattern for the classed IX and X, the pattern followed in the previous years will be followed this is also.
The is no change in number of examination papers and marks. It may be noted that the new textbooks are to be followed and questions will be set to improve logical and analytical thinking of children to improve academic standards instead of routine learning . Director of School Education AP, SCERT is planning to release model question papers and put in the website soon.
