AP Revised Summative-II(SA2) Common Exam Time Table Jan-2016 from 1st Class to 10th Class

Proc.Rc.No.3/C&T/SCERT/2016 Dt:21/12/2016 of Director, SCERT, AP has issued SA-II(SA2) Time Table for the classes I to X. The time table issued for Summative Examination –II is for all managements who is running under AP Govt. control. Concerned DEOs of districts has to take necessary steps to communicate the Summative-II Jan-2016 Time Table to all managements from I to X Classes.

The syllabus for SA-2 Examination is also released AP School Education board. The syllabus can download from www.apteacher.net .

Summative Examination – II (SA-II) from 06/01/2017 to 10/01/2017 & from 23/01/2017 to 25/01/2017

The attention of the all the DEO is invited where in Common Summative Examination-II time table was communicated and they informed the time table as was prescribed from 02/01/2017 to 09/01/2017 has been hereby postponed to 23/01/2017 to 25/01/2017 of class VI to X due to the Children Science Congress Programme. In respect of I to V the original schedule from 05/01/2017 to 09/01/2017 is as usual.

The revised time table for Common Summative Assessment-II Examination Schedule commencing from 06/01/2017 to 10/01/2017 and 23/01/2017 to 25/01/2017 is appended herewith.

All the District Educational Officer in the state are here by informed that as per reference cited Common Summative Examination is being conducted in all the Primary and High Schools from class I to X under all managements. In this connection all the District Educational Officers are informed to conduct Common Summative Examination-II as per the Time Table which is annexed.

Further all the District Educational Officers are informed to communicate the same time table to all schools under all managements in their respective District. And it is further informed that all the DEOs set ground preparation of 5% validation of answer scripts in time by following previous guide lines.

In this regard all the RJDSEs, DEOs in the Andhra Pradesh State are requested to Communicate Examination Schedule to all Schools and under all Managements in their respective districts and also follow the guidelines mentioned already circulated by Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh
