43 percent of PRC fitment has been given by the Telangana Chief Minster thanked K Chandrasekhar Rao. The PRC fitment 43% enhancement
would impose additional burden Rs 6,500/- crore on the exchequer annually. With sufficient hike in PRC fitment , all the employees of Telangana
are in celebration mood as their salary hiked very much. All the employee union members of Telangana were thanked K Chandrasekhar Rao CM of
Telangana for given great hike in salary. Secretariat employees of Hyderabad expressed their happiness by sharing sweets to each other.
The employees of Telangana, who were actively took part in Telangana Movement and achieved separate statehood, and the Govt of Telangana announced its
first Pay Revision Commission(PRC) to its employees.
The CM KCR even promised to the employees of Telangana to revise, modify and simplify the exiting service rules soon. He asked
the employees to work one more hour to mop up resources and ensure implementation of Govt programs effectively.
Calculate New Basic Pay RPS 2015 with 43% fitment
To calculate new basic as per RPS 2015 with fitment 43% following procedure has to follow .
1) Take your Basic Pay as on 01/07/2013
2) Add DA @ 63.344% to basic Pay is = Basic Pay*63.344%
3)Add 43% of fitment = Basic Pay *43%
By adding above three values , you will get ground basic pay, and check corresponding master scale in RPS 2015
Ground Basic Pay = Basic Pay + Basic Pay*63.344%+ Basic Pay *43%
