Students who have completed their SSC/10th class in 2025 can now apply online for admission into the Six-Year Integrated B.Tech Program offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Andhra Pradesh.

The 6-year integrated program consists of two stages:
1. Pre-University Course (PUC) – 2 Years
Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Telugu, Biology, Information Technology
2. B.Tech Program – 4 Years
Branches Offered:
- Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Chemical Engineering (Only at Nuzvid & R.K. Valley)
- Metallurgical & Materials Engineering (Only at Nuzvid & R.K. Valley)
✅ AP IIIT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Must have passed SSC/10th class or equivalent in 2025 (AP, Telangana, CBSE, ICSE)
- Must satisfy local/non-local status as per AP/Telangana Govt norms
- 25% supernumerary seats for students from other states
- OCI/PIO/NRI candidates are also eligible under the supernumerary quota
🧾 Reservation Rules for AP IIIT 2025 Admissions
- 85% seats reserved for AP local candidates
- 15% seats open for all (including Telangana)
- Category-wise Reservations:
- SC: 15%, ST: 6%
- BC-A: 7%, BC-B: 10%, BC-C: 1%, BC-D: 7%, BC-E: 4%
- PH: 5%, CAP: 2%, NCC: 1%, Sports: 0.5%, Scouts/Guides: 0.5%
- 33 1/3% horizontal reservation for girl students
- 10% EWS reservation applicable

- 4% Deprivation Score for Govt School students
- In grade-based boards, grades are converted to marks
- Tie-breaking order: Math > Science > English > Social > 1st Language > Age > Random Number
Note: Campus allotment depends on merit + reservation + preferences. Inter-campus transfer not allowed.
