User Manual for TS Teachers Transfers Apply Online @transfers.dse.telangana.gov.in
TS Transfers 2023: Telangana Teachers Transfers 2023 GO.5 Dt:25/01/2023 has been released. Accordingly TS School Education department is planning to conduct Teachers Transfers and Promotions. For transfers and promotions guideline are specified clearly in the Transfers GO.5. The all teachers transfers will be conducted through the online web counseling only. We are here providing steps to apply teachers transfers. TS Education department has placed online transfers application @ transfers.dse.telangana.gov.in website. Teachers who are willing or completed stipulated period can apply transfers as steps stated here.

Min & Max Service for Telangana Teachers Transfers 2023
To apply transfers application, separate website has been launched. We are here providing direct link and step by step to apply online. Teachers who are completed 8 years of service at one school and Gr-II HM need to apply compulsory for transfers. Teachers, HMs who are completed minimum service can apply online.
Steps to Apply TS Teachers Transfers Online
- In ISMS home page click on Teacher transfer link (For ISMS home page Browse https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ ) below screen displayed select Teacher Transfer Service Under services as depicted in the below figure.
- Select New entry as in the radio button. Enter mobile number, Treasury ID, Aadhaar number and click on Submit button as depicted in the figure below.
- Click on Submit button below alert message displayed about OTP.
- Enter OTP and click on submit button as depicted.
- On success full login below application displayed with basic details from database based on treasury ID .
- Enter remaining teacher details which are not populate.
- Enter Service details as depicted.
- Under Spouse details select Whether the Teacher availed the benefit under Individual/Spouse Category During the Last 5/8 years as on 01-02-2023 Yes/NO.
- Under spouse details select Whether spouse is Employee of State Govt/Central Govt/Public Sector Undertaking/Local body/Aided Institution in the same district(in the same Multi Zone for Gazetted Head Master, Gr.II) Yes/No as depicted in the below figure.
Note: – this is applicable when whether the teacher availed the benefits under individual
spouse category during the last 5/8 years as on 01-02-2023 is NO - If yes Enter Spouse employment details as depicted.
- Enter preferential Category details, Check the disclaimer check box and click on submit button.
- Below alert message displayed click on OK.
- On success full submission below success message displayed.
Print Transfer Application
- Print Certificate is Additional facility provided for teachers to print the transfer details that were submitted.
- In Home page select Teacher Transfer Application Print service.
- Enter Treasury ID and click on GO button as depicted.
- Click on GO button below Application form displayed, Click on print button and take print.
