The ministry of Human Resource Development( MHRD) Govt India inviting applications for National ICT Awards for the year 2015. For all states and Union Territories(UTs)
institutions under MHRD is requesting for nominations in this regard. The number of ICT awards are 87 for all states and UTs.
The main aim of this award to facilitate teacher who are greatly contribution in enhancing student learning in efficient manner
and innovatively integrated technology supported learning into the school curriculum and subject teaching using ICT.
For those teachers who contribution to overall quality of education in schools and the community.
Eligibility
The contest is open to all teachers who are working in schools from all over India. All teachers who are integrated technology supported learning into the school curriculum and subject teaching using ICT can apply to this for National ICT Awards for the year 2015.
How to submit application
Teachers should send detailed entries in the prescribed format along with supporting documents . The teachers must send their application through the concerned DEO/Principal of the institution.
To whom to send Application
The school teachers who are willing to apply National Awards ICT in Education – 2015 are requested to send their applications to the concerned states Secretary/Chairman/Commissioner of Education. As per the award quota to the concerned States / UTs awards will be given to recommended teachers. The applications will not consider those who send any nomination directly to the CIET, NCERT, New Delhi
Last Date for Submission
The last date for submission of nominations by the teachers to Secretary Education of States/UTs is 31 March 2015. The shortlisted nominations by the Secretary of concerned state to CIET, NCERT is June 30,2015.
Selection Process
The Awards Committee comprising Director, NCERT, New Delhi, DDG NIC New Delhi, Representative from Sec Education Dept, Representative from Dept of IT, Joint Director , CIET, New Delhi will recommend the requisite number of awardees. The final decision will be taken by the Ministry.

Each awardee teacher will be awarded with laptop, Silver Medal and Commendation Certificate.
