APGPCET/BRAGCET 2023 Entrance Test: APGPCET 2023 is an entrance test for admission into 5th Class of Dr. B R Ambedkar Gurikulas which was previous known as AP Social Welfare Gurukulas Society. The notification is also called as BRAG FIFTH CET-2023 and it was released as per the Notification No. Acad/13021/1/2019 for the academic year 2023-24. BRAGCET Eligibility Criteria for admission of 5th Class
Age Limit of BRAGCET-2023
a. SC / ST students should have born between 1st September, 2010 to 31st September, 2014.
b. BC / EBC/ SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) and OC students should have born between 1st September 2012 to 31st September 2014.
Required Qualification
Students who are studying 4th Class in the present academic year 2022-23 in the Government school or in a school recognized by Govt. of AP are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
Annual Income
The parental income should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum. Candidate has to produce the latest income certificate issued by the Competent authority.
Reservation Criteria
- The reservation pattern in all Balayogi Gurukulams will be SC-75%,
- SC Converted Christians -12%, ST-6%, BC-5% and others – 2%.
- Special Categories: a. 15% of seats in APSWR Schools in every caste group are reserved for the children who are withdrawn from Hazardous industries, bonded labour, Jogins, Basavins, Victims of Atrocities, Orphans due to natural calamities, Rape victims, Children of Armed Personnel.
- 3% of total seats are reserved for Physically Challenged children.

How to Apply Online
- Aspirants who wish to join in Dr. B R Ambedkar Gurikulas should apply through online mode only.

- The dates to apply online is from 25th February 2023 to 24th March 2023.
- Students can apply from any internet center or from help desk of Dr.B.R Ambedkar Gurukula Vidyalaya help centers.
- No need to pay any entrance exam fee.
- Candidates must select the desired school list from the list specified.
- Before filling online application, ensure the details while uploading. Cannot be changed the details once uploaded.
Selection Process
Selection process is completely based on the marks attained in the BRAG FIFTH CET-2023 entrance examination, which will be conducted on 23rd April 2023.
- Admission will be given as per merit obtained in APGPCET/BRAGCET 2023.
- District wise Merit List will be prepared separately for boys and girls. It will be displayed in the official website.
- As per the option of the student at the time of application, seat will be allotted as per the merit and school opted.
- The student may be opted for more than one school as per choice.
- The Convener/Co-coordinator has right to reject the admission, if the candidate is found ineligible or the information furnished online application is found wrong.
- If the same rank is secured by more than one candidate, then priority will be given to the student of higher age. If the age is also found the same, then priority will be given to the student with higher marks in Math. If the age and Marks secured in Math is also found the same, then marks obtained in Environmental Science will be taken into consideration.
