The Scale of Pay for Degree, Jr Lecturers
The scale of pay for the 49 posts of Lecturers in TTD Degree Colleges/Oriental Colleges in the scale of pay of Rs. 61,960- 1,51,370/-. The scale of pay for 29 Junior Lecturer in TTD Junior Colleges posts is Rs.57,100-1,47,760/- as per RPS-2022.

First Register for OTPR Number
Individuals wishing to apply for the aforementioned positions must log in to the APPSC website using their registered OTPR number. For first-time applicants, it is necessary to register their biographical details through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s website, “https://psc.ap.gov.in“. Upon successful registration of personal information, a user ID will be generated and transmitted to the applicant’s registered mobile number and email ID.
Computer Based Recruitment Test for Sections
Candidates for the posts will be selected based on merit in the Written Examination, which is a computer-based recruitment test conducted by APPSC. The dates for the written examination will be announced soon. Candidates should regularly check the Commission’s/TTD website for updates on the examination dates. The exam will be in an objective type format, with answers provided on a computer system.

Eligibility Criteria for TTD Jr, Degree Lecturer Posts
Desirous candidates must meet the following conditions to apply for the posts Jr College Lecturer, Degree College Lecturer:
- He/she should be in good health, with active habits, and without any bodily defect or infirmity that would make them unfit for the service.
- Character and antecedents of the candidate should be suitable for the service.
- Possession of the academic and other qualifications specified for the post is mandatory.
- The candidate must be a citizen of Indian-Hindu, a resident of Andhra Pradesh, and should profess the Hindu religion as per G.O.Ms.No.1060, dated.24.10.1989.
TTD Lecturers 2023 Recruitment Age Limit
Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 42 years as on the 01/07/2023 as per the notification year vide G.O.Ms.No.109 dated.10.10.2023. No person shall be eligible if less than 18 years and is more than 42 years.

TTD Recruitment 2023 for DLs/JLs Application Fee
- Application Processing Fee: Rs 250
- Examination Fee: Rs 120 (Exempted for SC/ST/BC/PH/Ex-Servicemen)
Applicants are required to pay Rs. 250/- (Two hundred and fifty only) for the application processing fee and Rs. 120/- (One hundred and twenty only) for the examination fee.
Exemption from Examination Fee (Rs.120/-) applies to the following categories of candidates:
i. SC/ST/BC/PH & Ex-service Men ii. Families with a household supply white card issued by Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government (Residents of Andhra Pradesh). iii. Unemployed youth, as per G.O.Ms.No.439, G.A(Ser-A) Dept dated: 18-10-1996, should submit a declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission.

- Visit the Commission’s Website at https://psc.ap.gov.in to apply online.
- Applications will be accepted online starting from the first week of February 2024.
- Applicants are advised to log in to the APPSC website for additional details.

Step By Step Procedure to APPLY Online for TTD Lectuter Recruitment
STEP-I: Registration
- Log in to the Commission’s Website using your registered OTPR number.
- If applying for the first time, fill the OTPR application carefully to obtain an OTPR ID. Ensure that all particulars are filled correctly.
- If needed, modify OTPR by clicking the modify link, make the necessary changes, save, and proceed.
STEP-II: Application Submission
- Log in with your User Name (OTPR ID) and the Password you set.
- Click on “Online Application Submission” at the bottom right corner.
- Choose the notification number you want to apply for by clicking the Fill Application button.
STEP-III: Application Data
- Check all data and fill application-specific details such as Local/Non-Local status and White card details.
- Use the modify OTPR link if any details need changing. Save and click on online application submission.
- Fill in all details carefully, including Qualification details, Post preferences, examination center, etc.
- Submit the Application form with Save or Save & Submit option. Clicking on Save only saves the application details due to power/service issues. Click Save & Submit for the payment link.
STEP-IV: Payment Process
- If the payment process is unsuccessful, start a fresh payment process as mentioned in STEP-II.
STEP-V: Application Corrections
- After successful submission, corrections can be made within 7 days from the last date of application.
- Corrections can be made in the application form itself.
- Fields affecting Name, fee, and age relaxations are not enabled for corrections.
