AP Govt. planned to adjust surplus teachers to needy school under work adjustment of teachers program. It is a general process which conducts annually by department of education. In this regard many teachers who are treated as surplus have doubts regarding the work adjustment process. In this regard, DSE has released related FAQs. Here we are providing the frequently asked quested which was answered by the School Education Department AP.

| 1 | Which date should be taken for a teacher who joined Inter district transfers? | As per existing norms, his seniority shall be considered from the date of joining in the new district. So concerned DDOs should take care of the dates when conforming their details in FR App. |
| 2 | Which date should be considered for inter management transfer teachers. (Ex. Aided to Govt.) | The seniority shall be considered from the date of joining in new management (Govt.) in case the individual joined from Aided. |

| 4 | Qualifed teachers were already adjusted by DEOs on need base for High school plus. Will those teachers come under this exercise. | Teachers deputed to High School Plus were exempted. However, the list of deputed teachers with school details shall be furnished to retain in the same school. |
| 5 | Certain DyEO posts are vacant. Who will be the responsible ofcer for the exercise. | In-charge arrangements are done for vacant DyEO posts among 74 Revenue divisions. In any case, the in-charge arrangements are not made, the same may be informed to RJDSE concerned for taking further course of action. |

| 7 | Is there any provision to opt nearby mandal. | As per the guidelines given, after adjusting the surplus teachers to the extent of deficit posts in the same mandal, the remaining teachers will be considered in the neighboring mandal within the division. |
