Steps to Enter SA-2 / CBA 3 Marks in studentinfo.ap.gov.in Website Online

  • First Prepare all of the evaluated answer scripts for SA-2 / CBA 3 Marks Entry.

  • Select the Department Login Button.
  • Enter the Login Information
  • User Id = School DISE Code, Password = studentinfo password
  • After logging in, go to the Menu and select the CCE Marks Link.

How to Prepare Student Holistic Progress Card

  1. All Assessments marks should be entered in CCE Marks section at https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/
  2. So far, the marks of co-curricular subjects are recorded in the records of schools. They should also be entered online in SA 1, SA 2 marks entry screen.
  3. SA 2/ CBA 3 marks entry screen is enabled. The marks of each student are subject and co-curricular marks. Must be registered. Corresponding rubrics are given.
  4. After that click on Holistic Progress Remarks in SERVICES section in https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/ and select Studying Class, Select Student, Exam Type and enter HOLISTIC PROGRESS REMARKS according to the given rubrics. In the drop-down box three options STREAM, MOUNTAIN, SKY should be selected based on the student’s level of the respective topics. Submitted In this way, SA 1, SA 2 should be submitted for all students.
  5. Confirm that all examination marks, HOLISTIC PROGRESS REMARKS are recorded.
  6. After that click on LOGIN on https://cse.ap.gov.in/ website and login with HM username and password.
  7. After that, if you click on MIS Reports in https://cse.ap.gov.in/, click on Students Promotion List Report in serial number 15, and if you select a class on the page that opens, the selected class will be Generated Students Promotion List. If you click on the Excel figure next to it, the Students Promotion List of the selected class will be downloaded. Check the marks, grades and other details, if necessary, make appropriate changes, take a printout, sign the HM, CLASS TEACHER and submit it to the concerned inspecting officer.
  8. After that click on SERVICES in https://cse.ap.gov.in/ then click on Student Wise Holistic Progress Card in the 5th row and select Select Class and Select Student options to download the selected student Student Holistic Progress Card A box will appear asking if you want to do it. Click OK and Student Holistic Progress Card will be downloaded. A Student Holistic Progress Card will be generated with all the details of the marks you have entered in the CCE Marks Entry, the attendance in the Student Attendance App, the levels you have entered in the Holistic Progress Remarks. Take a printout and give it to students signed by HM, Teacher.
  9. This process should be communicated to all the teachers and efforts should be made to register hundred percent marks, distribute progress cards and prepare student promotion lists.

Calculation of Total Marks 1st to 5th Classes

  1. FA1 + FA2 + FA3 + FA4 + SA1= 50+50+50+50+50 = 250 Marks
  2. Reduced to 50 Marks and SA2 for 50 Marks
  3. Total for 100M

Calculation of Total Marks 6th, 7th & 8th Classes

  1. FA1 + FA2 + FA3 + FA4 + SA1 = 50+50+50+50+80 = 280 M
  2. Reduced to 20 Marks and SA2 for 80 Marks
  3. Total for 100M
