AP PRC-2022 Fixation Main GOs Fitment, Master Scale, DA, HRA
The AP RPS 2022 11th pay revision commission has been announced, with the goal of increasing AP Employees salaries. Certain directions to DDO have been provided in accordance with RPS 2022 Fitment, Master Scale, Revised Pay Scales, Dearness Allowance, Automatic Advancement Scheme(AAS) , DA Merged in PRC-2022, and Present Pay Fixation Procedure. Go Ms.1 AP RPS-2021 Revised Pay Scales
Go.Ms.1 is compressive order regarding enhancement of Pay, Pay Scale, Fitment , Master Scale(32 grades), Information regarding Notional Part 21 months and Cash Benefits Arrears of 21 Months. The 23 percent fitment, 30.392 percent of DA merged, 32 grades of Master Scale as follows as stated in Go Ms.1 Dt:17/01/2022.

Fitment 23 Percent
The State of Andhra Pradesh hereby grants a fitment of 23 percent of basic pay for determining the Revised Scales of Pay 2022, as opposed to the Committee of Secretaries’ recommendation of 14.29 percent of fitment. The fitment would be merged in the old pay to determine new pay as in Master Scale of RPS-2022.
30.392 Percent of DA Merged
30.392 percent of DA has been merged in the pay from 01/07/2018 as per the recommendations of 11th pay commission. From July-2022 revised DA would be calculated on basic pay.
Master Scale of RPS-2022
The Government has announced the pay for the employees shall be fixed in the following Revised Master Scales of Pay 2022 as per the recommendations of Secretaries:

RPS-2022 Pay Fixation from 1st July 2018:
The Revised Pay Scales-2022 will be fixed w.e.f 01/06/2018. Monitory benefit will be given from 01/04/2020. Prior to the 01/4/2020 would be considered as notional. Which means no financial benefit between 01/07/2018 to 31/03/2020(21 months).

Go Ms.2 Pensioners Adoption of RPS-2022
Go.2, AP PRC-2022 is about adoption of PRC-2022 to the AP Govt retired pensioners. The adoption of RPS-2022 is from 1st July 2018. Sanctions of consolidated pension, Family pension, revision of quantum benefits are given Go. Ms No.2 Dt: 17/01/2022.

AP PRC Go.5 Minimum Time Scale of Contractual Employees
GO.5 AP RPS-2022 minimum time scale has been given to contract employees under 11th PRC. Extension of Time Scale to Contractual employees working under Govt. Departments, Universities, Societies, KGBV and Model Schools.

AP PRC-2022 GO.8 Dearness Allowances(DA) from July-2018
During PRC-2022 AP Govt has sanctioned all pending DAs which are from 01/07/2018 to 31/12/2022. The DA arrears sanctioned as mentioned as in GO.8 as follows.
With effect from 01.01.2019, it is expected that the Dearness Allowance to State Government Employees will be regulated at 0.910 percent for every one percent of Dearness Allowance sanctioned to Government of India(GOI) Employees and Pensioners.

Go.9 RPS-2022 Pensioners Dearness Allowances(DR) from July-2018
Along with 11th PRC, RPS-2022, AP Govt has released pending dearness allowance(DR) to pensioners from July-2018 to Dec-2022. The present DR is 20.02%.
