Formative Assessment(FA)-3, CBA2 Timetable 2025, Syllabus AP SCERT

AP FA3, CBA2 Timetable 2025: FA-3/CBA2 Self Assessment Timetable 2025, Syllabus has been issued by AP SCERT for the academic year 2024-25 as per the Rc.No.ESE02/ 11021/19/2025-SCERT Dt.21-01-2025. The CBA2/FA-3 exam will start from 23rd January 2024 to 27th January 2024 for 1st Class to 5th Class. For the classes from 6th Class to 8th Class, CBA2 exam is from 27th January 2025 to 30th January 2025. For 9th, 10th Classes, FA3 exam is from 27th January 2025 to 30th January 2025. In the FA3 Schedule certain guidelines are issued regarding Conduct of Slip Test, Valuation of answer scripts, Scrutiny, Uploading of Marks in online.

All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the second classroom based assessment (CBA2)/Formative Assessment 3, is to be re-scheduled from 27th/01/2025 to 30th/01/2025.

FA3/CBA2 Self Assessment Question Papers Distribution

• Question papers will be stored securely at the school complex for 1st to 5th classes and at MRC for 6th to 1oth classes.
• The Mandal Education Officers (MEOs)1 and 2 and School complex headmasters will be the custodians of the preserved papers.
• Question paper bundles will be handed over to the concerned schools only one hour prior to the commencement of the examination in each session.
• School complex HM and MEOs must ensure the integrity of the question papers.They,along with Cluster Resource Persons(CRPs),should visit schools during examination hours to verify that the examinations are being conducted smoothly and fairly.
• In case of any untoward incidents,School complex HMs,MEOs and CRPs should report immediately to higher officials.
• MEOs and CRPs should focus on monitoring examination conduction procedures in both private and government-managed schools.
• Syllabus is enclosed to this proceedings.

Therefore,all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational officers are requested to take necessary action accordingly.Any deviations found in procedure will be viewed seriously.
