AP ECET-2022 Notification: The AP ECET-2022 Notification has been released by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE. For the academic year 2022-23, applications are being accepted for 2nd year lateral entry into Engineering/Pharmacy programmes for Diploma holders in Engineering & Technology and B.Sc(Mathematics) students. Eligible candidates who wish to apply AP ECET-2022 can submit their application online. More information about ECET may be found at https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ecet. Apply AP ECET Online Before June 3, 2022 to Avoid Late Fee
Candidates interested in Engineering/Pharmacy Courses should fill out the online application form available on the official website. Online registration has already begun as of May 3, 2022; fill out and submit the form before June 3, 2022. Late fee is applicable, if you apply online after the deadline. The deadlines are shown below.

Criteria for AP ECET 2022 Eligibility
Minimum Qualifying Exam: The candidate must have a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy from the AP State Board of Technical Education. OR A candidate must have a three-year B.Sc. degree from a recognised university, with mathematics as one of the subjects in group combination.
Minimum Marks Required : Candidates must acquire a minimum of 45 percent (40 percent for restricted categories) in the qualifying test.
Final Year Candidates Can Apply : Candidates in their last year of high school may apply, but they must pass their qualifying test before being admitted to the institution.
- They should be of Indian Nationality. They should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
- They should have obtained a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/ Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh State or any other Diploma from an AICTE approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto for admission into the relevant B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Pharmacy courses into the Courses corresponding to the Diplomas .
- Candidates who are pursuing a Diploma course shall be eligible for entry into the relevant B.E./B.Tech./B. Pharmacy courses provided they have completed the prescribed course and passed all the subjects for the award of diploma course before admission into the college.
- Candidates should have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology/ Pharmacy/ B.Sc Degree as the case may be with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) for entry into relevant courses.

Qualifying marks in APECET -2022
- The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in APECET -2022 is 25% of the aggregate marks in the four subjects (three subjects for B.Sc. Mathematics) i.e., 50 marks out of a total of 200. However, in the case of SC/ST candidates, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for ranking the candidates.
- The rank obtained with the benefit of relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks at the APECET [FDH & B.Sc.(with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects)]-2021 by any candidate claiming to belong to SC/ST category will be cancelled in case the claim is found to be invalid at the time of admission.
General Instructions to Candidates
- All the candidates shall take utmost care while submitting the online application.
- The APECET 2022 will be conducted online only and the candidates willing to appear are requested to get acquainted with the online Examination Process through practicing mock tests.
All the photographs submitted with the application must be exactly identical. Otherwise, Hall Tickets will not be issued. Such applications will be summarily rejected. - Candidates are not admitted to the examination hall after 9.00 A.M. and not permitted to leave the Examination hall before 12.00 P.M in the Morning Session.
- Candidates are not admitted to the examination hall after 3.00 P.M. and not permitted to leave the Examination hall before 6.00 P.M in the Morning Session.
- It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they are answering the correct Question Paper of the branch for which they are eligible for admission (For Diploma Holders only).
- Question paper will be in English only.
- Any malpractice case will be dealt with as per rules of CETs in force.
- The Online Answer Script images of APECET -2022 will be preserved for six months from the date of publication of results after which time they shall be disposed.
- In any litigation concerning APECET [FDH & B.Sc.(with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects)]-2021 ,the parties to be impleaded are Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Vijayawada and Convener, APECET [FDH & B.Sc.(with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects)]-2022.
