Key Points of DSC Discussions on AP Teachers Rationalization

• DSC has conducted video conference with DEOs and RJD with regarding the child enrollment.
• Instructed to DEO to authorize MEO to update child info of children admitted from Private Schools to Govt. Schools
• DSC has decided to take enrollment as on 02-11-2020 for exercising reapportionment of teaching staff in schools instead of 29-02-2020.

Latest Instructions on Exercising Reapportionment

• Re-apportionment exercise should be taken up basing on the Child Info as on 02.11.2020 but not Child Info as on 29.02.2020 .
• Child info data should be updated in cases like New admissions, Migrated children, Govt., to Govt.,
• The Mandal Educational Officers / Headmasters should take action of updating of Child info in case of children admitted from Private Un-Aided Schools to Govt., Schools
• In case of admissions from private schools to Government schools the concerned Headmaster has to take undertaking from the parent of the child along with Aadhar Number duly stating that the parent is willing to admit their children in the school and TC will be submitted later. The Headmaster (including High School) should handover the parent declarations to the concerned MEO duly counter signing on the declarations.
• The Mandal Educational Officers should take up the responsibility to clear the drop boxes of child info.
• The Mandal Educational Officers / Headmasters should update the child info accordingly and "TOP PRIORITY" should be given to this item of work.
• Revised Schedule for re-apportionment and transfers of Teachers will be issued separately.
• Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take action accordingly without any deviation.
