Extension of School Timings Feedback Request from Parents, Teachers, Students
AP School Education Department has started extension of school working timings for one hour as a pilot project, i.e from 4 pm to 5 pm. For this, Department has selected 679 schools in the state, 1 high school from each mandal. In this regard, DEOs, RJDs are requested to obtain feedback from parents, students of concerned schools. The complete information regarding getting the feedback from students, teachers and parents is as follows.
As you are aware, a Pilot Project is being implemented to explore the feasibility of extending school hours by one additional hour (4 PM to 5 PM) in 679 High Schools across the state, with one school selected from each Mandal.
To evaluate this initiative, it is essential to gather feedback from key stakeholders—Parents, Teachers, and Students—of the schools participating in the extended timing program.
Instructions for Feedback Collection
- Digital Submission: Obtain feedback from the Headmasters of the selected schools using the provided Google form.
- Paper-Based Feedback: Collect feedback from at least 5 parents, 5 teachers, and 5 students from each participating school in paper format.
Deadline:
Submit all feedback—both digital and paper-based—by December 6, 2024, at 4 PM without fail.
Your prompt cooperation in gathering comprehensive feedback will help in assessing the impact of this Pilot Project and determining the way forward.
