Highlights of Telangana’s Latest DA @ @ 26.390%
The Telangana government has revised the Dearness Allowance (DA) to 26.39%, effective from July 1, 2022, with orders issued in October 2024 under G.O.Ms.No.120. This DA adjustment reflects a 3.64% increase from the previous 22.75%. Employees will see the new DA reflected in their November 2024 pay, paid on December 1, 2024.

New DA Applicability
The revised DA applies to state government employees, staff in Zilla Parishads, Gram Panchayats, municipal corporations, and aided institutions under Revised Pay Scales, 2020 and 2015. It also extends to university teaching and non-teaching staff, contingent employees, and staff on UGC/AICTE scales, including special provisions for part-time assistants.
