Swarna Andhra@2047 Preparation of District and Mandal Vision plans
AP Govt. has issued GO Rt No:91, Dt:20/09/2024 by planning department regarding Swarna Andhra@2047, Preparation of District and Mandal vision plans, Conduct of stakeholders’ consultation and Certain instructions. The complete information regarding Swarna Andhra@2047 is as follows.

Andhra Pradesh State has embarked on crafting a roadmap for holistic development under the initiative Swarna Andhra@2047, aligning with the nation’s vision of Viksit Bharat@2047.The vision plan is scheduled to be launched on 1st November, 2024.
2. In the reference 1st read above, instructions have been issued for organising stakeholder consultations as part of preparation of Swarna Andhra@2047 vision plan. In the reference 2nd read above, detailed guidelines have been issued for preparation of action plan for next five years 2024-29 for Mandal and District and the revised calendar for firming up the State Vision Plan based on the inputs/suggestions received from different stakeholders.
3. As per the orders issued vide reference 3rd read above, State Government has decided to conduct “Idi Manchi Prabhutvam” Programme at Village/Ward level, from 20.09.2024 to 26.09.2024 to highlight the achievements of Government in 100 days.
4. In view of the scheduled “Idi Manchi Prabhutvam” Programme, it has been decided to take up the task of educating public about Swarna Andhra@2047 vision plan and to organise the stakeholders consultations as part of the “Idi Manchi Prabhutvam” Programme in coordination with GVWV & VSWS Department. The Chief Planning Officer of the District is the Nodal Officer for conducting the stakeholder’s consultations as part of preparation process of Swarna Andhra@2047 vision plan.
5. The District Collectors shall take necessary action to print certain publicity material related to Swarna Andhra @2047 vision plan and arrange to distribute to households through GVWV/ VSWS functionaries.
6. In order to solicit inputs and capture the aspirations of the society for vision plan, following activities are to be taken up at District and Grama/Ward level as per the timelines:
(i) 20th – 26th September2024:
• Discussion on SwarnaAndhra@2047vision plan in Grama/Ward Sabhas being conducted as part of “Idi Manchi Prabhutvam” Programme.
• Filling up of questionnaire on massive scale using QR code/URL provided.
ii) 27th-29th September,2024:
- Conduct of competitions in schools and colleges and other publicity events and distribution of prizes to students participating in Essay writing, Elocution , debates etc.
- A meeting by District Collectors with Hon’ble district Ministers, MPs, MLAs and all district level elected public representatives regarding discussion on Swarna Andhra@2047 vision plan and seeking inputs and suggestions.
- Another meeting by District Collectors with farmers, eminent personalities, chambers and other associations on seeking their suggestions and expectations from vision plan.
(iv) Final date for preparation of Mandal level plans is 30th September 2024.
(v) Final date for preparation of District level plans is 15th October 2024.
7. The Chief Planning Officers of all the Districts shall furnish daily reports on conduct stakeholder consultation programme.
8. The District Collectors are requested to conduct “stakeholder consultations” programme in an effective manner and create awareness to the public for giving their feedback/suggestions for finalization of Swarna Andhra @ 2047 Vision document.
