Eligibility to Appear Tests
The employees working in various departments across AP can apply APPSC Dept. tests to their respective tests only.
Theee employees who are working in secretariat can apply any Departmental tests as per the rules laid in order to
get promotion in any department. Eligible candidates should keep in mind respective paper code as stated in
the notification. Candidates who has passed the tests already, they should not apply for test again
else severe disciplinary action has been imposed in addition to the test cancelled.
Fee Particulars
Candidates should pay Rs.50/- for each paper. Those who wish to appear more than one paper should pay accordingly. Remittance of fee should be made in any branch of State Bank of India or A.P. ON-LINE Centre from 30/01/2015 to 25/02/2015. After remittance the required fee, challan will be generated. Fee once paid will not get back under any circumstances. IPOs or DDs are not acceptable for fee remittance.
How to fill the application form
1 login to the website www.apspsc.gov.in and enter all personal details including papers to be applied. Then you will get Challan Form.
2 By using the challan form candidate should made payment through the SBI or AP Online centers and obtain Journal number receipt.
3 The next day after payment of fee, applicant should again login to the website www.apspsc.gov.in and enter the journal number of the receipt that you already own and has to fill all columns invariably and submit only.
Duration of Test
The each Departmental Test duration is 2 hours only except few tests. Those who need assistance of Scribe should get permission from the Commission
Rejections
The following may be causes for rejection of application
If the photo and the signature of the candidate is not clear, if the fee paid amount is not sufficient, if the Service Certificate is not properly filled or not signed by the concerned officer with office seal, if the application is not according to the terms in notification.
Examination Centers
The examination will be conducted all the 13 districts of AP including the common headquarters Hyderabad. Candidates are allowed to take exams to their respective working districts as mentioned in the application form.
Instructions to the Candidates
1 Generally the tests are in English only except a few tests.
2 No candidate will not permitted to the examination hall ten minutes after the commencement of the exam. Candidate should be in examination center only till the expire of complete time.
3 Calculators are permitted to use in exams and not any other electronic gadgets.
4 Candidates should write with PEN only Hall Ticket Number, Paper Codes, Name, Subject, Centre at appropriate places only. Writing with Pen at wrong places will lead to invalidation of your Answer Sheet.
5 Candidates should use only Ball Point Pen (Blue/Black) to encode your Hall Ticket Number, Paper Code and Test Booklet Series (A or B or C or D)and for bubbling of Answers at appropriate places in the Answer Sheet.
6 Violation of any of the instruction laid may lead to invalidation of your Answer Sheet in addition to stipulated action.
Results Announcements
The will be announced provisionally and displayed in the Notice Board. The results will be available in http://www.apspsc.gov.in which would be considered as authentic publication for extending all benefits to the candidates who are provisionally declared to have passed the Tests.
