13th April 2015 to 17th April 2015 9.00 am-11.30 am UP School Level 15th April 2015-to 22nd April 2015 from 9.00 am-12.00 noon
Rc 27 has been issued by the State Project Director, SSA, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh regarding the conduct of Summative–III
examinations time table of Primary and Upper Primary Schools in all districts of Andhra Pradesh.
As per Rc.27/SSA-1/4/15 dt:01/04/2015 State Project Director(SPD), SSA, the Summative-III(SA-III) examinations will be held from 13 April 2015
onwards and facilitate smooth conduct of examinations under invigilation correction of answer scripts in all Primary Schools and Upper Primary Schools.
Primary Schools : 13 April 2015 to 17th April 2015 9 am to 11.30 am.
Upper Primary School : 15h April 2015 to 22nd April 2015 9.00 am to 11.30 am

Instructions to Head Masters
All School Head Masters of Andhra Pradesh state are requested for the effective conduct of summative-III examinations,
valuation, declaring the results and issue of progress report to the children before the school closing and the Head Master of concerned scrupulously follow the instructions below.
- The Primary/ UP School Head Masters AP must handover the answer scripts to the concerned subject teachers on the same day of the examinations with instructions that the subject teachers shall will be valued the answer scripts within one or two days.
- All the subject teachers Primary/ UP School must give the answer scripts to the students in the class rooms for their verification and subject teachers are requested give feedback to the children on their performance and discuss the question paper.
- The Head Master has to take care and must instruct all the teaches to post the marks in the registers and complete the cumulative records in all forms so as to make issue the same to the children in presence of parents.
- Head masters are responsible in all aspects as above for getting valuation of answer scripts, issue answer scripts
to the children for their feedback, posting the marks in the registers and records and complete cumulative records in all forms.
Results and Progress Cards Issuing
The results for all the classes and children shall be declared and progress report must be issued without fail duly convening parents meet.
DEO, DyEOs Visit to Schools .
All the DEOs and DyEOs are requested to visit the schools and verify the above issues in the schools and see the above
instructions are followed in all the schools .The RJDSEs and State Level Officials shall observe the above academic matters randomly in the schools.
