Rc 13 Conduct of School Complex Meetings proceeding has been issued State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. As per Rc No.13 the SPD of SSA, Smt K Sandhya Rani has given directions regarding the smooth conducting to School Complex Meetings.
Rc No.13/SSA/A3/2014 Dt 01/04/2015 proceedings given to all District Educational Officers of SSA and DIET principals in the AP State
are directed to plan conduct the school complex meetings in the first week of the April, 2015
in all primary and upper primary leval complexes in both Telugu & Urdu media.
The Objective of conducting School Complex meetings
-
To prepare and finalize the standrard wise, subject wise and class wise summative-III assessment papers
- To discuss the action plan for smooth conduct of the assessment and on positioning the marks & grades in CCE registers.
- To discuss on preparation of the final results after completion for the assessment .
- In this regard the DEOs and POs are informed to communicate the agenda items of school complex meetings to all MEOs and School Complex HMs to ensure the meetings organize successfully.
