Rc.73 Dt:25/05/2016 Updating Teachers Details Treasury ID, Category of the Post, Mobile Number etc in website due to lot of discrepancies in the UDISE 2015-16 Teachers Data. The Teachers Data which is entered in the website will be used for Transfers and Rationalization purpose. The Teacher Data Base information entered in the website further is moved on cse website i.e cse.ap.gov.in under teacher corner. Further it is requested all teachers to update all details by the individual concerned and complete the process before 05/06/2016.
The last date for Updating Teachers Database is prolonged to 15-06-2016 because of some software issues crept in the website. For this AP Govt has issued Rc.71 Dt: 01/06/2016. Previously the last date updating data base is 05/06/2016. Now it is extended to 15-06-2016. Teachers are requesting to update Teachers Information in the website cse.ap.gov.in as early as possible .

All the RJDs of School Education and the DEOs in the AP state are informed that by considering the feedback received during the Video Conference held on 24-05-2016, requests received from some teacher unions and associations, and due to initial technical problem with the Server, the date of completion of updation of teacher data base is being extended upto 05-06-2016.
Department of School Education has developed a software to update all teachers’ details online. The software has been placed in the website http://cse.ap.gov.in. All AP Teachers are requesting to login to the website and update all teachers details . For updating teachers details one should enter the correct mobile number and treasury id to get OTP and to update details .
The main objective for developing the teacher data system (IDS) is to ensure correct and reliable data on teachers in each district to facilitate appropriate training, up to date seniority lists, timely promotions, etc. This database will also help in making correct assessment of number of subject teacher requirement and deployment. Consequently it is important to ensure that the teachers data is updated correctly, diligently and validated at respective levels.
- Open desired internet browser and login to the website http://cse.ap.gov.in
- Click on line link Teachers Corner Link provided right side of the home page.
- In the new page click on Teachers Information System
- Enter your mobile number and seven digit numeric Treasury ID then click on submit .
- You will receive OTP(One Time Password) to your mobile number, enter received OTP and Click on Browse Option to upload a Photograph of yours then click submit.
- Check all your details there and update necessary fields and click finally submit button.
